Celebrating 11 years: Honoring My Journey of Writing and Healing

This month marks 11 years since I earned my diploma from the Long Ridge Writers Group—a milestone that holds so much meaning for me. At the time, I was balancing the demands of a full-time job, raising my children, and supporting my husband through his third surgery. Life was far from easy, but writing became my refuge, my escape, and my source of strength.

Earning that diploma was more than a personal achievement—it symbolized perseverance and the importance of nurturing our passions, no matter what life throws at us. Writing has always been more than just putting words on a page. For me, it’s been a healing journey—a way to process emotions, find clarity, and tap into the deepest parts of myself.

That’s why I’m passionate about sharing this craft with others. This website isn’t just a hub for creativity; it’s a space for healing and connection. Whether you write, photograph, create, or dream, I want this to be a place where you can rediscover yourself through your passion.
